Q. How will I know if my online payment will be received by the Municipality before the bill due date?

A. The Municipality recognizes the date of the transaction as the date of the payment. Therefore, if your bill is due July 15th, your payment will be considered on-time if it is made by 11:59pm on July 15th.

Q. I have a question about my tax bill, my balance, or I think there is an error on my bill. Can you help me?

A. Unfortunately, we cannot answer questions about your tax bills or balances through this website. You will need to contact your Tax Collector directly.

Q. The system is not accepting the payment I am entering. What could be wrong?

A. The system will not accept payments less than $1.00 or more than the amount that you owe. Additionally when you enter your payment, do not include dollar signs($) or commas(,) in the payment field. When you enter your payment, type: 1234.56 do not type: $1,234.56 .

Q. Why is my e-mail address required on the payment page?

A. We use e-main to five you a final confirmation of your payment or to let you know if there was a problem processing your payment. We will only use your e-mail address for communication related to Municipal account. We will not sell your e-mail information to outside parties.

Q. What forms of payment can I use to pay my Municipal bills online?

A. Credit Cards/Debit Cards (Mastercard and Visa) are accepted for online payments.

Q. Is paying my Municipal bill online safe?

A. Making payments online is actually safer and more dependable than paying by mail. We have implemented an industry standard secure network for processing payments.

Q. What personal information is stored on this site?

A. If you choose to make a payment using this site, we will retain your Account Number, your name and address, your email address, the date, time and amount of your payment.

Q. Do you store my credit card information?

A. No. After you enter your credit card information, we will verify it with a credit card authorization agency. If the request is approved your card will be charged. We will only stored the last four digits of the card number in case we need to research a problem with you. We will not save your credit card information to a database. If you wish to make additional payments, you will need to re-enter your card information.

Q. Will you share my information with anyone other than the Municipality?

A. No.
